Nothing to see here, just a bit about us

So this is the bit about us, who, we are, what we do, why we love football manager and how it all came to fruition. Stick around it might be enlightening.

Our Mission

Our mission is to help people play football manager through different ways. It’s about wanting to help to enjoy the game your way. We are here to help you with the game and how you can play it your way. We are not about telling you how the game should be played, football is subjective.

So what we find is that there are a lot of people who love playing football manager, but they struggle to take advantage of some of the in-depth features of the game.

More About Us

As a performance manager and business consultant in the real world. I love to employ different techniques and processes into how to play the game. These methods I will add to our blogs so that you can use them on your game.

The main thing is to help you understand what the different techniques and philosophies do. Sometimes they are whacky far fetched ideas, other times they are extremely effective methodical ideas.

Their are so many ways to manage a football team as we have seen from managers like Tony Pulis, Pep Guardiola, Roberto Martinez and one of my personal favourites Carlo Ancelotti. We will look what these mangers do and how they create their tactics using real life team reports and football data.

We will look at subjects such as designing tactics, player recruitment, team management and staff recruitment. A lot of these subjects will based around the data we have at hand and methods to extract that data. Unfortunately due to the difference between the real world and the football manager it is sometimes hard to create scenarios in the game.
